WATERPROOF USA LIFETIME WARRANTY

Waterproof USA’s Lifetime Warranty provides that wetsuit, semi-dry, and drysuit products are free from defects in workmanship for life and for a period of twenty-four (24) months on materials from the original date of purchase.

Proof of purchase (sales receipt) from a Waterproof USA authorized retailer is required to obtain service during the warranty period. The warranty registration card included with the product must be completed and returned within 30 days of purchase to activate the product warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable and available to the original registered owner.

All products returned for warranty consideration require a pre-authorized RMA#.

Standard ground freight within the United States for return of repaired/replaced warranty products to the customer will be covered by Waterproof USA. A shipment outside the United States or expedited return delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer and is available for an additional charge.

 

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

This warranty is valid only in the United States and territories served by Waterproof USA.

Materials include: Zippers, seals, knee pads, neoprene, butyl trilaminate, polyurethane, and fiber-fill.

Products used in rental, for-hire or commercial purposes are covered for a period of 1 year (12 months). This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, environmental influences such as water, sun, dirt or damage from lack of proper care and maintenance. Damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

Waterproof USA shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from customer’s use of or inability to use the product either separately, in combination with other equipment, or for personal injury, loss or destruction of other property, or from any other cause.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
